• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on premyo777. premyo777 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the premyo777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: premyo777 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time at premyo777's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• KYC Requirement: premyo777 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

All content on the premyo777 Platform — including but not limited to the premyo777 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of premyo777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from premyo777.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, premyo777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

premyo777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

premyo777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for all users. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time through your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting premyo777 support. Upon voluntary closure, your Real Money Balance will be returned to you after any applicable withdrawal processing requirements are met.

premyo777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, premyo777 will notify registered users via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the premyo777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. Requests to close your Account must be submitted to premyo777 support prior to the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the premyo777 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting premyo777 support with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
